The a twin room was equipped with basic facilities, including climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV.

The location was great and decent, for example, Cebu Doctors' University was at a medium distance from the hotel. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away. The staff was extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating, everything was very good.
The staff were horrible, didn't expect that coming.
